As part of the SUM Design Reveal event, we were contacted to provide an explanatory animation showcasing the design buildup and steps.

For the first step of this renovation process, the existing facade and windows are removed. After this, new prebuilt facades are installed. Then, modules are placed on top, providing additional housing units. Finally, a solar roof is installed, together with an external staircase gallery. The original windows are re-used in the staircase, minimizing waste.
